Facilities & Equipment

A complete system that unleashes the full potential of Xerom’s technologies

From the development of metal dies to mass production, we handle all processes independently. We give painstaking consideration to the equipment and conditions that support our artisanal excellence, in the metal die production that is at the very heart of stamping and in volume production technologies. With this commitment, we can respond to diverse demands for ultra-precision stamping.

Xerom’s measuring technologies: responding to the need for micron-level measurements

No ultra-precision parts can be produced without the technologies to measure them. In order to improve our processing precision, we use advanced three-dimensional measuring/ inspection equipment as well as our production equipment and other machine tools. We constantly strive to maintain in optimal conditions so that we are positioned to answer all needs.

Superior metal die technologies

Metal die production is vital to ultra-precision stamping. Xerom boasts unmatched technologies in this domain. We are able to offer ultra-precision components by harnessing our extensive experience and data with a broad expertise that encompasses the know-how in selecting the materials best suited for different parts.
