Description For material that has a thickness of 80 μm, a blanking punch with a width of 0.200 mm is used. Unevenness in the quality of the bend part is likely due to rectangular blanking associated with bent and rounded corners. However, we have cleared this hurdle by improving the clearance settings and processing precision.
