- The drawing rate differs between the Y and X planes. This form is prone to scrapes, wrinkling and cracks on the joining area. A single-action drawing pass generates cracks around the four corners on the bottom. In response, we review the punched form resulting from the single-action drawing and perform three-dimensional processing while observing changes in the composition in photos of stress cross-sections, to deal with the cracks at the four corners.
