| Description | The distinctive features of this product are that the material, NM-AK, is very difficult to draw and that no burrs, scrapes or foreign particles are permitted since this special product is intended for medical applications. The difference in levels between the punched part on the bottom and the lateral side of the drawn bore must not exceed 20 μm. Burrs are likely to occur when the blanking punch passes through the region in the middle of the end-drawing radius to make a hole. The dimensions other than the product height are subject to rigid tolerances of +/- 30μm. |
