| Description | The point of this product is that roundness with an internal diameter of 0.36 ± 0.01 mm is required while ensuring a product height of 0.43 mm, or at least 4.0 mm, from phosphor bronze with 0.08 mm thickness. For instance, this roundness requirement means that there is a very small distance of 0.1 mm or less between the blanked part and the drawn part, which is greatly affected by the material rolling direction, the residual stress at the time of drawing, and the blanking process. Because of these tight conditions for blanking, we made a full use of our technologies in the blanking process. |
